Research phase
I'll immerse myself in your business to uncover insights about your audience. Who are they? Do they want to read long-format articles or do they want short, digestible content. Do they prefer videos? What are the burning questions and issues that your customers are facing right now?

Strategy design
Armed with your audience insights and the in-depth knowledge about what your business does particularly well, I'll recommend key areas to focus your content on (we call them 'pillars'.) These are the things your business will become known for. I'll set targets around search traffic and volume, as well as any other commercial targets you'd like to include, like increasing conversions.

Optimise, optimise, optimise
Depending on how long you'd like me to run the project for, I can then work to make sure the strategy is properly implemented, create content to help strengthen your online presence and continually optimise to make sure you're hitting your goals.
