I worked with Admiral, Wales' only FTSE 100 company, to help their Talent Team develop a distinctive Tone of Voice and embed the Employer Value Proposition across all candidate-facing content.

Working with the team, I completed a full re-write of the Admiral Jobs website, developed Tone of Voice Guidelines and redeveloped job ad templates in the new style, incorporating inclusive hiring best practice.

I am also a regular contributor to the group's Colleague Stories, where I interview Admiral employees across the group about their experiences. ​​​
