I was VP of Marketing at skills-based hiring platform Applied between 2021 and 2024.

I led a small marketing team within this early stage startup that punched well above its weight, creating content and campaigns on the importance of fair and ethical hiring, and other DEI subjects.

My marketing team managed Content, SEO, PPC, Customer Marketing, Social Media and PR with agency partners.

During my time at Applied, my team was responsible for driving over 80% of new revenue through inbound by attracting and nurturing a steady flow of qualified leads.​​​​​
