Mpro5 is a frontline operations platform trusted by some of the UK’s largest and most complex organisations, powering compliance and day-to-day operations for brands like Tesco and Morrisons, alongside leading names in facilities management and food services.

When the team at Mpro5 brought me in, the business had been through a period of significant change and was ready to kick-start its next stage of growth. With a powerful but complex product, sold into multi-site, highly regulated environments, they needed clear, confident messaging that would work just as hard internally as it did externally.

I led a full messaging audit and discovery process, distilling complexity into a clear, compelling messaging framework the whole business could get on board with.
From there, I delivered a complete website rewrite and created new sales enablement materials that better reflected the value Mpro5 delivers to its customers.

To build visibility and authority in the market, I then developed a content strategy designed to showcase the team’s expertise, and supported them in executing it with consistency and clarity.
From a position where marketing hadn’t previously been a focus, I’m proud to have helped Mpro5 reach the point where they were ready to build and invest in their own in-house marketing team - giving them real momentum and a strong foundation for growth.
